When will my order ship?
How much is shipping?
Two options in France: DPD Pickup point at 5,99 €, or DPD Predict home delivery at 8,99 € with a time slot announced by SMS. Both are free on orders over 80 €. In Europe, the rate depends on the country: 11,99 € (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands), 14,99 € (Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Czechia, United Kingdom), 22,99 € (Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden) and 24,99 € (Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania) — free on orders over 120 €. 29 € to the rest of the world. No surprise fees at checkout.
Which resin, which finish?
High-definition resin, cast in our factory. Ready to prime, no sanding, no flash to trim: the relief is deep, washes and drybrushing catch immediately.
How does the magnet fitting work?
Every base has a pre-molded 5×2 mm magnet recess: the magnet glues straight in, no drilling. Your magnetic transport trays work with no adaptation.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
As long as your parcel has not left, a simple email is enough to cancel the order: full refund, shipping costs included. After delivery, you have 14 days to withdraw.
