  • Identification data: last name, first name, email address (collected when creating an account or placing an order).
  • Contact data: postal address, phone number (provided when placing an order).
  • Login data: account ID, login history, IP address.

Some of our providers (in particular Shopify Inc.) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention periods

  • Account data: kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted within 3 years of the last activity.
  • Order data: kept for 10 years in accordance with French accounting obligations.
  • Browsing data (cookies): 13 months maximum.

  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”): request the deletion of your data.
