Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your bases to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise it, notify us of your decision by email at contact@wargrounds.fr, or use the withdrawal form enclosed with your order.

Returns — 30 days

Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned products, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

Damaged or non-conforming product

Every base is inspected individually before shipping. If a product still reaches you damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we will replace it or refund it, with no return shipping cost to you.

Order canceled before shipping

As long as your order has not been handed over to the carrier, you can cancel it with a simple email: we issue a full refund, shipping costs included.
