1. Destinations and carrier
We ship from our workshop in Saint-Martin-d'Hères (France) with our partner DPD, to mainland France, most European countries and a selection of countries outside Europe. The list of destinations is shown at checkout. We do not ship to the United Kingdom yet.
2. Rates
Europe (DPD Classic, home delivery):
- €11.99: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- €14.99: Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Switzerland
- €22.99: Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
- €24.99: Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Norway, Romania
Free shipping in Europe on orders over €120.
Mainland France: DPD Pickup point (€5.99, free over €80) or home delivery with DPD Predict (€8.99).
Outside Europe: Standard International, €40.
The rates that apply are those shown at checkout. If your local currency is displayed, amounts are converted from euros.
3. Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation, in France and across Europe. Outside Europe, delivery times are indicative. In any case, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after your order.
4. Tracking and receipt
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as DPD collects your parcel. If a parcel arrives damaged, note it with the driver and let us know within 48 hours with photos at contact@wargrounds.fr: we will send a replacement.
5. Uncollected parcels, wrong address
A parcel at a Pickup point is kept for 9 days; after that it is returned to us and reshipping is charged at the current rate. The same applies to a parcel returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
6. Deliveries outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union (including Switzerland and Norway), any customs duties, local taxes and import fees are paid by the recipient.
